-8:53 p.m.: warrant. Deb Roesser, 51, 701 Monroe St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
-6:22 p.m.: trafficking in drugs. Marlin Robbinson, 34, at large, was arrested for trafficking in drugs and possessing criminal tools.
-6:08 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Teresa Wentz, 54, 217 ½ E. North St., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.
-3:10 p.m.: theft. Danagio Core, 18, 330 Jefferson St., reported the theft of his prepaid Visa card.
-11:01 a.m.: burglary. Neysa Smith, 38, 114 Oak Ave., reported someone entered her residence and stole a queen size bed, futon, four zebra print curtains and an end table.
-9:32 a.m.: theft. Edwin Gearhart, 70, 155 Pioneer Court, reported a scam and the theft of $2,500.
WEDNESDAY
-10:35 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of $232.66 in merchandise.
Crashes
Richard Roe, 49, 14175 Sidney Freyburg Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 3:22 p.m.
Roe was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when he failed to stop for traffic and rear-ended the vehicle stopped in front of him driven by Timothy Monfort, 24, 2461 Apache Drive.
• Rex Wood, 53, of Fairborn, was cited with failure to yield after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 12:58 p.m.
Wood was pulling out of the parking lot of 1529 Michigan St. attempting to turn left onto Michigan street when he struck to passenger’s side of a westbound vehicle on Michigan Street driven by Fei Li, 32, of Seattle, Washington.

-11:29 p.m.: lines down. Crews responded to 614 Park St. on the report of power lines down.
-9:23 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to PNC Bank on Michigan Street for a false fire alarm.
-7:41 a.m. to 9:24 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to five calls.
