A slab of concrete is ripped out of the gutter by an excavator with DL Smith Concrete, of Norwalk, on S. Vandemark Road recently. The work has made navigation of the road challenging for area drivers. The city’s 2017 curb and gutter program is expected to be complete by June 12, at which time road resurfacing is due to begin.
