-10:23 p.m.: contempt. Tess Felver, 18, 1577 E. Court St., was arrested on an active warrant.
-7:35 p.m.: telephone harassment. Marian Epperly, of Sidney, reported being harassed.
-5:27 p.m.: theft. Amy Cramer, 30, 223 ½ E. Court St., reported a black tablet, valued at $5, was stolen from her residence.
-3:32 p.m.: theft. Brett Brumbaugh, 42, West Milton, reported someone he knows took his Samsung Galaxy G6 cellphone out of the cab of his semitrailer without his consent.
-2:45 p.m.: criminal simulation. Oasis Drive Thru on Michigan Street reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill at the business.
Crashes
John Richards, 95, 2500 N. Kuther Road, was cited with right of way turning left following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 3:27 p.m.
Richards was traveling northbound on Vandemark Road and was attempting to turn left into Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant on Vandemark Road when he struck a southbound vehicle on Vandemark Road that was driven by Randy Seeger, 56, 1900 Cisco Road.
