TUESDAY

-4:22 a.m.: telephone harassment. Gilce H. Moses, 57, 1526 Willow Place, was arrested for telephone harassment, resisting arrest and aggravated menacing.

MONDAY

-8:57 p.m.: lost property. Brandon Dankworth, 23, 656 N. Ohio Ave., reported he lost his wallet containing $40, miscellaneous cards, a social security card and his driver’s license.

-7:01 p.m.: theft. Menards on Lester Avenue reported the theft of six GPS fish finders, valued at $714.

-5:06 p.m.: theft. Charles Price, 56, 221 E. North St., reported his Chase credit card was stolen and the theft of $200.

-3:48 p.m.: criminal damaging. David Kreischer, 68, 1210 Westwood Drive, reported the property was damaged in that tree bark was stripped off of a tree.

-1:22 p.m.: criminal damaging. Tyler Patrick, 54, 809 E. Court St., reported the rear window of his vehicle had been broken with in the previous couple of days.

-7:44 a.m.: criminal trespass. Ryan Clark, 28, 349 Enterprise Ave., and Matthew Stansell, 31, 823 Second Ave., were arrested for criminal trespass.

SUNDAY

-8:01 p.m.: found property. An ID card belonging to Lensey Roberts was found at Sixth Avenue and West Russell Road.

-3:54 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Cody Orput, 24, 115 E. South St., that someone he knows had been using his Chase Bank card without his permission and stole $1000.

-1:45 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Andrea Rinaldi, 28, 313 E. Court St., Apt. C, of the theft of a PlayStation 4, two PlayStation 4 controllers and three PlayStation 4 video games.

SATURDAY

-10:51 p.m.: found property. A U.S. Bank debit card belonging to David Barker was found at Cassano’s Pizza & Subs on Wapakoneta Avenue and was turned into the police department.

-8:44 p.m.: warrant. Adam Hamilton, 28, 1809 Glenn St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Auglaize County.

-3:07 p.m.: theft. Roger Gross, 27, 530 N. Miami Ave., reported a Kent S20 Chaos bicycle was stolen.

-1:25 p.m.: theft. Beth Griffieth, 40, 106 N. Wilkinson Ave., was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of $11.12 in merchandise.

-12:14 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of the theft of $136.95 in merchandise made by Walmart on Michigan Street.

-11:28 a.m.: theft. Kyle Cooper, 35, 21111 Dingman Slagle Road, reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took three pocket knifes, valued in total at $110, and $15 in change.

-11:06 a.m.: theft. Robert Earnest Sr., 80, 1341 Park St., reported the theft of his wallet containing his driver’s license, a Chase debit card, his Social Security card and $1.

FRIDAY

-9:41 p.m.: warrant. Tina Copeland, 48, 301 ½ E. Court St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-8:42 p.m.: criminal simulation. Arby’s on West Michigan Street reported they received a counterfeit $100.

-7:12 p.m.: driving under the influence. Anthony Martin, 54, 3576 Wapakoneta Ave., was arrested for OVI.

-7 p.m.: driving under the influence. Erik Green, 28, 127 ½ Franklin Ave., was arrested for OVI.

-3:13 p.m.: criminal simulation. City Carry Out on North Ohio Avenue reported someone found a counterfeit bill and turned it into them.

-12:08 p.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating the report made by Bianca Battis, 21, 720 Countryside Lane, Apt. 12, that someone slashed a tire on her vehicle.

-8:21 a.m.: warrant. James Phillips II, 23, 1520 Spruce Ave., was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

Crashes

Bradley Osterloh, 21, of Minster, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 3:40 p.m.

Osterloh was traveling eastbound in the 2600 block of Michigan Street when he struck the rear of the vehicle stopped in traffic in front of him driven by Donna Welch, 45, of Anna.

• Jared Rourke, 18, 3000 Lisa Drive, was cited with reckless operation following a crash on Saturday at 8:15 p.m.

Rourke was facing the west and sitting stationary in the parking lot of Lehman High School on St. Marys Avenue with a passenger standing up in the bed of his truck when he hit the gas, causing the truck to propel approximately 5-feet. This caused the passenger in the bed of the truck to lose his balance, fall out of the truck and hit his head on the pavement.

One of Rourke’s passengers, Owen Smith, 17, Piqua, was transported by Sidney Fire to Wilson Health.

• David Napier, 29, 844 ½ S. Walnut Ave., was cited with driving wrong side, following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 10:25 p.m.

Napier was traveling westbound on Michigan Street on the wrong side of the road when he struck an eastbound vehicle on Michigan Street head-on. Napier told police he believed he had a seizure and did not know what happened.

The driver of the other vehicle was Ty Broadrick, 35, 811 Lynn St.

Sidney Rescue responded to the scene.

• Landon Johnson, 17, 518 Rauth St., was cited with improper lane change on Friday at 12:42 p.m.

Johnson was traveling northbound on Fourth Avenue in the right turn lane and when approaching the intersection of Michigan Street decided to change lanes from the right turn lane to the center through lane. Johnson failed to see and struck the right side of the vehicle in the center lane of Fourth Avenue driven by Barbara Bowers, 40, Piqua.

• Patrick Roney, 66, of Plymouth, Indiana, was cited for failure to control on Friday at 10:58 a.m.

Roney was driving a semitrailer on the northbound exit ramp 90 of Interstate 75 at Fair Road when he sideswiped another northbound vehicle on the exit ramp that was sightly in front of and next to him as he was attempting to make a left had turn onto Fair Road.

The other vehicle was driven by Amie Baker, 36, of Piqua.

• Brandi Clune, 38, Fort Loramie, was cited with turning at intersection on Monday at 4:12 p.m.

Clune was traveling northbound on Fourth Avenue when she attempted to make a left hand turn onto West Court Street and pulled in front of the southbound vehicle on Fourth Avenue driven by David Carey, 32, 350 Maple St.

TUESDAY

-12:52 to 3:36 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-12:07 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to 14 calls. One was canceled en route.

SUNDAY

-4:04 to 10:36 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.
