-8:20 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 12-year-old male juvenile was charged with being an unruly juvenile.

-7:22 p.m.: theft. Angela Lee, 48, 480 Riverside Drive, reported she was scammed out of $749.

-4:58 p.m.: theft. Police investigated the theft of a black and blue Hyper bicycle from Whittier Elementary School on Belmont Street.

-2:45 p.m.: theft. Kimberly Reynolds, 45, 418 S. Miami Ave., reported the theft of a leg brace, valued at $600, from her residence.

TUESDAY

-11:33 a.m.: theft. Coca Cola Co., of Dayton, reported someone damaged a Coke and a Dasani vending machine at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Folkerth Avenue and stole $150 from the machines.
