-5:55 a.m.: criminal trespass. Levi Fitchpatrick, 20, 1220 Morris Ave., reported people he knows were on the property of his residence without permission.

-5:19 a.m.: purpose to commit theft. Casey Taylor, 23, 921 East Ave., reported someone he knows entered his garage without permission.

MONDAY

-4:32 p.m.: domestic violence. Justin Depinet, 34, 514 Second Ave., was arrested for domestic violence and obstructing official business.

-4:24 p.m.: warrant. Roger Gross Jr., 52, 2740 Miami River Road, was arrested on an active warrant.

-2:17 p.m.: theft. Craig Teague, 34, 218 New St., reported his PlayStation was taken from his residence.

-1:56 p.m.: theft. Kalise Stratton, 24, Dayton, reported her purse containing $350, a food stamp card and driver’s license was taken from her work locker at 601 N. Stolle Ave.

-1:07 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Robert Johnson, 38, 215 ½ E. North St., was arrested for aggravated menacing.

-12:03 p.m.: theft. Dennis Baker, 62, 815 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. K, reported someone took his Afinator medication.

-10:01 a.m.: lost property. Brad Cotterman, 35, 2247 N. Main Ave., reported he lost his wallet containing $20 and credit cards a few days earlier in the area of Speedway on North Main Avenue.

-7:38 a.m.: purpose to commit theft. Richard Rihm, 60, 1116 N. Main Ave., reported a breaking and entering and the theft of a Garmin GPS, an electric hedge trimer and miscellaneous hand tools.

-6:31 a.m.: drug abuse. Travis Nelson, 25, 1467 E. Court St., was arrested for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SUNDAY

-11 p.m.: burglary. Police are investigating the report made by Brittani Lloyd, 30, 230 Jefferson St., Apt. 70, of the theft of $15 from her residence.

-6:33 p.m.: warrant. Verlon Bennett, 30, Dayton, was arrested on an active warrant out of Montgomery County.

-1:09 p.m.: theft. Zachariah McKee, 19, 823 Norwood Ave., reported an unauthorized dept in the amount of $188.89 to his payroll card.

SATURDAY

-11:38 p.m.: found property. A Mutual Federal Savings Bank debit card belonging to Daringer Bernardi, 18, 18816 Deam Road, was found at Mutual Federal Savings Bank on South Ohio Avenue and was turned into the police department.

-7:13 p.m.: found property. Vincent Risner, 52, 122 W. Clay St., turned into the police department 24 Winchester 9 mm rounds of ammunition to be destroyed.

-6:46 p.m.: theft. Pamela Engle, 58, 311 Hall Ave., reported her IPhone 6S was stolen from Tawawa Park on Tawawa Drive.

-4:51 p.m.: warrant. Heidi May, 49, 333 S. Miami Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-3:52 p.m.: warrant. Leah Barrett, 20, at large, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-2:06 p.m.: warrant. Jammie Bowersock, 48, 115 N. Highland Ave., Apt. 2A, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-11:03 a.m.: warrant. Rebecca Elsner, 31, 795 Park St., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-10:44 a.m.: found property. A Mexico ID belonging to Osias Perez, 20, was found at 2234 Wapakoneta Ave. and was turned into the police department.

-9:23 a.m.: warrant. William Harris III, 26, and Chelsey Harris, 28, both of 813 Arrowhead Drive., Apt. D, were served summonses for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:46 a.m.: warrant. Michael Hines Jr., 29, 1023 N. Main Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:30 a.m.: warrant. Charlene Kirtley, 47, and Robert Kirtley Jr., 49, both of 412 Summit St., were served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

FRIDAY

-3:42 p.m.: warrant. Terry Moon, 59, 721 N. West Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-3:28 p.m.: warrant. Jennifer Bowersock, 24, 314 Linden Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-3:27 p.m.: warrant. Geri Gallagher, 27, 603 Michigan St., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-2:44 p.m.: warrant. Nathaniel Bateman, 30, 1328 Tully Drive, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-1:37 p.m.: warrant. Ashley Bateman, 26, 1328 Tully Drive, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:39 a.m.: warrant. Amy Hines, 35, 1023 N. Main Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:30 a.m.: warrant. Melissa Jackson, 47, 125 W. Clay St., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:12 a.m.: criminal damaging. Coastal Quality Construction, of Broadview Heights, reported someone damaged the new sod at 2489 Michigan St. by driving their vehicle through the yard. Damage was valued at $500.

THURSDAY

-8:54 p.m.: burglary. Larry Epley, 48, 632 Second Ave., reported seeing someone he knows exit his house without permission to be there. Nothing was missing.

-7:48 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Walmart on Michigan Street of the theft of two Xbox controllers.

-1:08 p.m.: theft. Alysa Bell, 21, 936 St. Marys Ave., Apt. G, reported her Samsung cellphone was taken from her residence.

June 3

-12:59 p.m.: theft. Laura Chapman, 33, 580 N. Wagner Ave., reported the theft of a GO Phone from her vehicle.

Crashes

Edward Trahey, 60, 1138 Riverside Blvd, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 11:56 a.m.

Trahey had been stopped at the red light on state Route 47 at Vandemark Road and began to move forward when the vehicle in front of him began to advance but then stopped for the vehicle ahead. When Trahey moved forward he struck the rear of the stopped vehicle in front of him that was driven by Scott Goubeaux, 58, of Greenville.

• Terrence Develvis, 60, 1515 River Road, was cited with failure to control after a crash on Saturday at 7:47 p.m.

Develvis was traveling southbound on South Ohio Avenue on a motorcycle when he attempted to pull over to the right side of the roadway, lost control due to the gravel and uncertain roadway and crashed onto the roadway.

• Justin Taylor, 28, 730 Taft St., was cited with right of way turning left following a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 12:20 p.m.

Taylor was traveling westbound on Pike Street when as he was attempting to turn southbound on North West Avenue he collided with the eastbound vehicle on Pike Street driven by Matthew Glass, 25, 1360 Sixth Ave.

• Howard Meyers, 58, 16751 Deam Road was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 4:11 p.m.

Meyers was traveling southbound on Spruce Avenue when stopped in the middle of the roadway, began backing up and struck the vehicle behind him, driven by Jennifer Crisp, 42, 768 Spruce Ave.

Meyers told police he had missed his turn and was attempting to back up in order to turn.

• Suzanne May, 36, 334 S. Miami Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 10:02 a.m.

May was stopped facing eastbound on West Russell Road at the red light at Wapakoneta Avenue when her foot slipped off of the pedal and struck the rear of the vehicle in front of her driven by Shawn Terry, 43, Port Jefferson.

TUESDAY

-12:50 p.m.: service call. Firefighters responded to assist an individual.

-11:56 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 637 Marilyn Drive for a false fire alarm.

-8:14 a.m. to 12:49 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to five calls.

-2:20 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to a fire alarm that was accidentally set.

MONDAY

-8:48 p.m.: odor investigation. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.

-2:49 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a fire alarm that was accidentally set.

-8:32 a.m. to 5:26 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to eight calls. One call was for mutual aid.

-2:24 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 221 N. West Ave. for an unauthorized burning.

SUNDAY

-7:43 a.m.: to 10:47 p.m.: service call. Crews responded to five calls to assist individuals.

-2:21 a.m. to 4:56 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to five calls.

SATURDAY

-4:43 a.m. to 9:59 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls. One call was for mutual aid.

-2 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to report of a cooking fire. The fire was contained to a cooking pan.

FRIDAY

-12:31 to 11:45 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to nine calls.

-9:31 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to a false fire alarm that was accidentally set.
