TheSacred Heart Catholic Church youth choir came out to Elmwood of New Bremen and performed during weekly communion. Residents enjoyed listening and watching the youth.

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church’s “The Prayer Shawl Girls” Karen Dietz, Betty Schwarck, Pat Smith and Susan Lengerhich visit with resident VelmaDietz at Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen as they give her a lap buddie. The ladies took time to make and donate over 10 lap buddies to Elmwood of New Bremen memory care. Each lap buddie was made with such love, care and specifics. There are farming, gardening, dancing, fishing, tools, and much more. Some have zippers, pockets, things to put in pockets, belts, snaps, things to feel and different textures.
