Alaina Baughman, 9, and Elijah Baughman, 10, both of Sidney , were recently spotted at the Shelby County Fairgrounds working on their 4-H projects. They pair were practicing with their horses in preparation for the Shelby County Fair. They are the children of Nick and Deanna Baughman, of Sidney.
