FRIDAY

-4:09 a.m.: warrant. Michael Pleasant, 27, 267 Fielding Road, was arrested on a warrant.

THURSDAY

-1:43 p.m.: warrant. Nicholas Harris, 29, 380 Blackfoot Trail, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:29 p.m.: criminal simulation. Motel 6 on West Michigan Street reported receiving a counterfeit $100 bill at the business.

-3:09 a.m.: burglary. Vincent Risner, 52, 122 W. Clay St., reported someone broke into his residence and took an iPad mini 4, valued at $100.

WEDNESDAY

-11:54 p.m.: theft. Randy Hurst, 55, 433 E. Poplar St., reported his 2004 Mercury Mountaineer was taken from his residence without permission and was later recovered and towed from the parking lot of Sidney Manufacturing Company on North Main Avenue. Hurst also reported his Universal One band debit card was missing and was used to make purchases locally.

Crashed

Dustin White, 18, 528 S. Main Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 1:14 p.m.

White was traveling eastbound on Court Street approaching the intersection of Ohio Avenue when he did not stop in time and rear-ended the vehicle driven by Lorraine Silvers, 50, of Anna.

• Matthew Kiehl, 28, of Piqua, was cited with improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 3:37 p.m.

Kiehl was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue in the right hand turn lane near West Court Street when he attempted to change lanes into the middle lane when he crossed over the solid white line and another vehicle traveling southbound in the center lane struck the front driver’s side of Kiehl’s vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Nicholas Foster, 22, of Piqua.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-10:39 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 107 Terrace Drive on a false fire alarm.

-7:48 to 10:44 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

-3:04 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to the report of a fire. Nothing was found upon arrival.

THURSDAY

-12:47 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a structure fire at 2278 W. Russell Road.

-10:48 a.m.: rescue. Firefighters responded to rescue an animal.

-10:32 a.m. to 8:06 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.
