Country music star Lee Roy Parnell performs behind the Historic Sidney Theatre Saturday, July 29. Parnell’s performance was part of several during the summer that make up Backstage Block Party series. Zoso was the last band to perform. The free concert was held by Raise the Roof for the Arts and Sidney Alive to encourage visitors to come downtown for some musical entertainment.
