Owen DeLoye, 11, of Fort Loramie, son of Scott & Lynn DeLoye, a member of Shelby County Shooting Sports 4-H Club, won Outstanding of the Day and State Fair Qualifier in the rifle, junior, category.

Katelyn DeLoye, top,14, of Fort Loramie, daughter of Scott & Lynn DeLoye, a member of Merry Mod Makers 4-H Club. Katelyn sewed the dress for Claire Boerger, 7, daughter of Jason and Theresa Boerger also of Ft. Loramie. Katelyn won Best of Class, Best Construction and State Fair Qualifier in Sewing for Others. Katelyn also won the Best Overall Construction for all categories.
