THURSDAY

-1:26 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a report in the 19000 block of state Route of 706 in Perry Township about a male who was hanging out of a truck and throwing things at mailboxes.

-9:28 a.m.: drugs. Deputies responded to the report of drugs at the Sheriff’s Office on Gearhart Road.

-7:03 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to 6700 Lock Two Road in Van Buren Township on the report the driveway was spray painted.

-6:44 a.m.: lines down. Deputies were dispatched to the 14000 block of state Route 119 in Franklin Township.

WEDNESDAY

-7:06 p.m.: burglary. Deputies were dispatched to 11055 Lochard Road in Salem Township on the report of a past burglary.

-6:36 p.m.: suspicious car. Deputies were dispatched to the 3500 block of Newport Road in Cynthian Township on the report someone in a grey car was selling items.

-9:03 a.m.: investigate complaint. Anna Police investigated a report of an unauthorized use of a vehicle at Quick Lube Tire and Wash on Shue Drive.

Crashes

No citations were issued following a crash on Wednesday at 9:54 a.m.

Philip Parke, 64, of Piqua, was traveling westbound on state Route 47 when he struck the right rear bumper of the vehicle in front of him that was slowing down to turn south onto Patterson Halpin Road.

The other vehicle was driven by Brian James, 39, of Delaware.

-5:03 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to Auglaize County.

-3:45 p.m.: crash. Maplewood and Perry Port Salem Fire Departments and Deputies responded to the 12000 block of state Route 65 in Salem Township on the report of a vehicle in a field.
