FORT LORAMIE — The Fort Loramie American Legion Auxiliary Post 355 members prepared raffle tickets during their Aug. 13 meeting.

The tickts will be mailed for a raffle to take place in October.

President Hilda Siegel reported that the unit is a goal unit, which entitles members to attend the state convention. It was announced that the fall conference will be Oct. 15 in St. Henry.

Siegel reminded members to collect aluminum can tabs, coupons for servicepeople and items veterans can use. It was announced that the legion had received a donation of an electric wheelchair and chair lift. Any member in need of such an item should notify the post.

Following the meeting, the eight members present enjoyed refreshments in the canteen.
