WEDNESDAY

-4:58 p.m.: theft. Michael McDermit, 53, 1118 Colonial Drive, reported a theft from his Elder Beerman credit card, in the amount of $2,647.26.

-1:32 p.m.: warrant. Elaine Trigo, 34, of Celina, was arrested on an out of county warrant, and Kevin Howard, 31, of St. Marys, was arrested for drug abuse after possible drug activity was reported at North Miami Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Crashes

Ronnie Duncan, 72, of North Star, was cited with stop sign after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:54 p.m.

Duncan was stopped at the stop sign on Lester Avenue at Michigan Street then when proceeding onto Michigan Street attempting make a left hand turn traveled into the path of a westbound vehicle on Michigan Street causing the other vehicle to strike the left front side of Duncan’s vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Yvonne Miller, 64, 1248 N. Kuther Road.

Sidney Fire Department responded to the scene.
