Reverse raffle to benefit farm bureau

BELLEFONTAINE — The Logan County Agriculture Impact Fund Reverse Raffle will be held April 7, 2018, at the Bellefontaine Municipal Airport.

With the purchase of the $100 ticket, the person will be entered to win a grand prize of $5,000. The runner-up ticket receives $2,000 and the third runner-up wins $1,000. In addition, there will be a loser’s draw of $500, additional draws throughout the night and many other chances to win.

The goal for the event is to establish a monetary grant fund that can be used to improve the agricultural footprint for the youth in Logan County. With the establishment of this fund, grants will be available for projects related to agriculture in our community.

“We are excited to be able to start a program that can have a lasting effect on the agriculture community in the county,” said Tucker Berg, Logan County Farm Bureau president. “With the establishment of this fund, we are giving the opportunity to grow and change the lives of those working to make agriculture a more vibrant industry.”

The purchase of a ticket allows the purchaser and one guest to attend our evening’s celebrations. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., dinner will begin at 6 p.m. and the prize drawings begin at 7 p.m. A highlight over the evening are other chances to win at the insurance board, punch board, 50/50 drawing,lucky bucket prize drawing, and a live auction which will commence with the auction of th 300th ticket.
