HOUSTON — Ground decorations must be removed from Houston Cemetery by April 1 to assist cemetery caretakers in the upkeep of the cemetery.

Ground decorations are permitted one week before Memorial Day and two weeks after Memorial Day. Saddles and attached vases are permitted year-round. Cemetery hours are from dawn until dusk.
