MARYSVILLE — The Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Foundation has awarded four hospital employees Cindy Bruns Scholarships for 2018.

Among them is Karen Bruns, of New Bremen, a clinical secretary in the Miami Erie Practice. She is a student at Rhodes State College, studying medical coding.

Other winners of the $500 grants were Riley Grant, Brittany Bowersock and Elyssa Sheriff.
