-10:08 a.m.: property damage crash. Deputies responded to the 2000 block of Miami River Road in Orange Township on the report a vehicle drove into a hole.

-9:25 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at Wilson Health on Michigan Street in Clinton Township.

-7:18 p.m.: tree down. Deputies responded to the 19000 block of Herring Road in Salem Township on the report a tree was down.

-4:13 p.m.: harassment. Deputies responded to the 2800 block of Jerome Drive in Loramie Township on the report of harassment.

-9:04 a.m.: bank fraud. Deputies responded to 10900 Scott Road in Franklin Township on the report of bank fraud.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-12:15 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 15300 block of state Route 119 in Franklin Township.

-12:06 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 11100 block of state Route 29 in Turtle Creek Township.

-6:26 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was dispatched to the 3100 block of Jason Way in Washington Township.

MONDAY

-11:18 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the unit block of Water Street in McLean Township.

-10:41 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Fort Loramie Police were dispatched to Water Street in McLean Township.

-5:53 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was dispatched to the 10000 block of state Route 47 in Cynthian Township.

-6 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was dispatched to the 10000 block of Millcreek Road in Washington Township.

SUNDAY

-8:59 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem was dispatched to the 17000 block of state Route 47 in Salem Township.

Crashes

Curtis D. Hughes, 25, 226 Lunar St., Sidney, was cited for failure to control and OVI following a one-vehicle crash Saturday at 9:21 p.m.

Hughes was northbound in the 2000 block of state Route 48 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck at mailbox at 2180 State Route 48. The vehicle continued off the roadway, striking a ditch culvert and going air born. The vehicle rolled onto its top before coming to rest on the west side of the highway in a road.

Hughes refused treatment and transport to the hospital while on the scene.

His 2011 Fort F150 Series truck was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• Jeffrey A. Young, 50, of Springfield, was cited for failure to control following a one-vehicle crash Saturday at 7:10 p.m.

Young was eastbound on state Route 29 approaching Jackson Road when the vehicle went left of center. Young over corrected the vehicle, sending him off the south side of state Route 29. The vehicle drove across the center line, striking a guard rail on the north side of the road. The vehicle rolled over at least once before coming to rest on its top.

The 2002 Jeep Cherokee, owned by Ravi Lee Sampuran, Springfield, was disabled in the crash.

In connection with the crash, Kasey J. Carr, 39, of 113 N. Pomeroy Ave., Sidney, was charged with obstructing official business. Carr allegedly took Young from the scene of the crash. Young was transported to Wilson Health by Sidney Medics.

• Kevin M. Cotterman, 26, of 1020 N. Main Ave., Sidney, was injured when he flipped his RZR and was stuck underneath it at 5640 Knoop Johnston. He was treated at the scene by Perry Port Salem Rescue.
