TUESDAY

-6:47 p.m.: theft. Jane Shelbie Johns, 20, 107 Hill St., was arrested for theft after Oasis Drive Thru on Michigan Street reported the theft of a Starbucks Frappachino pumpkin drink, $1 from an item another customer paid for, and a pack of cigarettes.

-4:22 p.m.: domestic violence. Kenneth C. Huggins, 51, 215 Karen Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-3:32 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A juvenile was arrested for being unruly.

-3:31 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 15-year-old female was arrested for being unruly after she was reported missing.

-10:12 a.m.: breaking and entering. A hot water heater, valued at $389, was reported to have been removed from 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. #57.

MONDAY

-6:31 p.m.: theft. A Boost Mobile blue tooth speaker, valued at $90, was reported stolen.

-2:30 p.m.: criminal damaging. Four tires on a vehicle were reported to have been cut. The damage is set at $600.

Crashes

Eric D. Grossman, 40, of Holton, Indiana, was cited with signal when turning after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 5:07 a.m.

Grossman was operating a semitrailer eastbound on Industrial Drive when he intended to turn right onto Vandemark Road but failed to signal his intention and made a wide turn. Kyle S. Henry, 38, of Piqua, was also traveling eastbound behind Grossman’s truck, which he believed was proceeding straight through the intersection. Henry went straight past Grossman during his turn and was struck by the semitrailer as he made the right turn.

• Ciera M. Hayes, 18, 882 Fielding Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 2:13 p.m.

Hayes was traveling westbound on state Route 47 at the Interstate overpass when she struck the rear of the vehicle in front of her that had slowed down for traffic. Hayes told police she had dropped a beverage in her vehicle, which caused the crash.

The other vehicle was driven by Joseph R. Goshorn, 36, of Fort Loramie.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-8:23 to 10:01 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls. The first call was cancelled en route.

-6:34 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to 435 Jefferson St. on the report of a possible structure fire.

TUESDAY

-5:58 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 456 S. Stolle Ave. on the report of a fire. The fire was out upon arrival.

-8:35 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to a fire at 622 Fair Road. There was damage to a room and its contents.

-8:15 a.m. to 9:54 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.
