WEDNESDAY

-3:20 a.m.: assault. Zachary Robert Ritter, 32, 607 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for pubic indecency-exposure and assault.

-2:19 a.m.: driving under the influence. Christopher A. Hensley, 33, of Fisherville, Kentucky, was arrested for OVI, OVI refusal breath with prior OVI and driving under suspension.

TUESDAY

-6:39 p.m.: forgery. Taco Bell on Michigan Street reported receiving a counterfeit $50 bill.

-3:33 p.m.: criminal damaging. A silver 2012 Ford was reported damaged with writing from a permanent marker on the doors, hood, fenders and trunk. The damage is set at $500.

-2:57 p.m.: theft. The Family Dollar Store on Wapakoneta Avenue reported an attempted theft of merchandise in the amount of $23.55.

-1:53 p.m.: warrant. Timothy R. Anderson, 48, 415 Jefferson St., was served a summons to appear in court.

-11:47 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating a report a 42-inch LG TV, valued at $242, was stolen from 829 N. Miami Ave.

-11:36 a.m.: warrant. Dawn Elizabeth Rivera, 40, 412 1/2 N. Walnut Ave., was arrested on a Champaign County warrant.

-9:40 a.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating a report that a blue 2019 Chevrolet had been damaged in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue. The cost of the damage is set at $20.

MONDAY

-2:44 p.m.: theft. A refrigerator, valued at $400, and a stove, valued at $200, were reported stolen, and a window of a house at 401 S. Wilkinson Avenue was reported damaged. The damage is set at $200.

-1:53 p.m.: theft. Annette M. Smith, 49, 2325 Collins Drive, Apt. F, was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise in the amount of $146.99.

-9:50 a.m.: unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Police are investigating the report of an unauthorized use of a 1999 Chevrolet.

Crashes

Teresa L. Petrocelli, 51, 1212 Rees Drive, was cited for improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 3:58 p.m.

Petrocelli was traveling northbound on Main Avenue at Dallas Street and when she changed lanes from the right lane into the left lane she struck the right side of the northbound vehicle on Main Avenue that was driven by Emily C. Albers, 32, 610 1/2 S. Main Ave.

-10:03 p.m.: good intent. Medics responded for a good intent call. Service was needed upon arrival.

-5:52 p.m.: assist. Medics responded to assist an individual.

-4:12 to 11:27 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to two crashes.

-8:43 a.m. to 10:37 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to nine calls.
