Tree falls on man

Fort Loramie firefighters and rescue workers push a man on a stretcher past the tree that he had been trapped under at Lake Loramie State Campground around 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10. The man was loaded into an ambulance and taken to a hospital. The tree also fell on a tent. A number of large trees were knocked down at Lake Loramie State Park after a short but strong storm went through the area. A section of state Route 29 was blocked off just north of Sidney after the top section of an electric pole was left hanging over the road when it was snapped in half by the storm. Hundreds of people in Shelby County were without power from the storm.
