TUESDAY

-6:13 p.m.: possession of drugs. Police are investigating a drug incident in which narcotics were seized.

-12:11 p.m.: theft. Police received a report a 26-inch Magnum mountain bike, valued at $50, was stolen in the 1500 block of East Court Street.

-12:27 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A juvenile was arrested for being unruly.

MONDAY

-9:55 p.m.: domestic violence. Carl T. Lynch, 31, of Sidney, was arrested on domestic violence charges.

-4:58 p.m.: theft. Police received a report miscellaneous items, valued at $1,000, were stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Fourth Avenue.

-12:42 p.m.: theft — without consent. Crystal Dawn Marlow, 43, was arrested on theft charges.

-12:33 p.m.: criminal mischief. A 2009 white Chevrolet was reported damaged after an unknown substance was poured the top and of and the vehicle’s hood in the 800 block of St. Marys Road.

-11:10 a.m.: burglary. Nicholas Overbey, 27, of Sidney, was arrested on burglary charges and for OVI.

SUNDAY

-6:16 p.m.: endangering children. Police investigated an endangering children report.

-1:29 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Keith D. Lewis, 26, of Sidney, was cited from driving under OVI suspension.

Crashes

Sheri Reck, 63, of Sidney, was cited with operating without reasonable control after a single-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:29 a.m.

Reck was traveling eastbound on Culvert Street when she failed to control her vehicle, went up over the curb, into the front yard of and hit the concrete steps of a residence in the 500 block of Culvert Street.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on Aug. 6 at 4:16 p.m.

Matthew Couchot, 14, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on his bicycle on the sidewalk on the south side of Michigan Street when he entered the crosswalk on the orange crosswalk signal and was struck on the side and was knocked onto the ground by a vehicle at the red light on Sixth Avenue at Michigan Street that was inching forward attempting to turn right onto Michigan Street on a red light.

The vehicle was driven by Rachael McGraw, 23, of Tipp City.
