HOUSTON — The annual Hardin Houston Science Fair was held on March 10. The sixth-grade students were required to create a presentation board pertaining to their topics.
“I would personally like to thank the judges who dedicated their time and expertise in this event,” said teacher Katy Koverman.
Winners in Katy Koverman’s class were first, Avery Barker: Spread the Soap, Not the Germs!; second, Levi Feaster: Antacid Potency; and third, Alexis West: Egg Factory
Winners in Teresa Knouff’s class were first, Kaia Kellersmith: Glorious Glazes; second, Tatum Branscum: Perfect Pumpkins; and third, Grant Cole: Gone in 60 Seconds.
Winners in Carrie Larger’s class were first, Aubrey Bodenmiller: What’s in Saliva?; second, Carter Sauvie: Taste in Color; and third, Ayden Gross: Elephant Toothpaste.
Overall winners were first, Kaia Kellersmith; second, Aubrey Bodenmiller; and third, Avery Barker.
