TROY — The Miami County YMCAs are holding a wellness challenge for the community.

Bingo cards are available at the YMCA with different goals to complete, and those who sign up to participate will receive emails throughout the challenge that include healthy recipes, workouts, motivational quotes and other strategies to stay healthy during the holiday season.

Those who complete and a straight line or four corners will win a YMCA shaker bottle. Those who fully complete their card will win a YMCA T-shirt. Completed cards can be turned into the YMCA courtesy desk or by email by Dec. 29.

Participants have the option to weight in and out for the challenge, and those who do not gain weight will enter into a drawing for three free personal training sessions. Those who lose weight will get two extra entries into the drawing.

In order to participate, participants must register and pay a joiners fee. Cost is $15 for HC members, $20 for members and $45 for non-members.
