-3:29 p.m.: complicity. Cara Louise Kellerman, 24, of Sidney, was issued a summons on complicity charges.

-12:29 p.m.: theft. A past theft was reported at Cashland on Michigan Street.

-10:38 a.m.: damage. Past damage was reported at Marathon Gas station on Fair Road.

-8:30 a.m.: fraud. A fraud was reported in the 2800 block of Michigan Street.

-8:22 a.m.: damage. Past damage was reported at Shelby County Job and Family Services South Ohio Avenue.

-7:56 a.m.: theft. A past theft was reported in the 700 block of Countryside Street.

Crashes

Sophie E. Burch, 52, of Fort Loramie, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday on 2:57 p.m.

Burch was backing out of a parking spot on the right side of South Main Avenue when she hit the northbound vehicle, driven by Patsy R. Maxwell, 90, of Sidney.
