-7:15 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 700 block of Norwood Avenue.

-6:20 p.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash in the 700 block of North Main Avenue.

-6:19 p.m.: assault. Police responded to a past assault in the 900 block of Fair Road.

-5:54 p.m.: crime in progress. Michael David Ratajski, 39, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-5:41 p.m.: intoxicated subject. Police responded to an intoxicated person in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.

-5:41 p.m.: crime in progress. Nathaniel Alexander Miller, 18, of Sidney, was arrested for assault.

-4:53 p.m.: assault. Police responded to a past assault in the 600 block of Park Street.

-4:38 p.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash on the Interstate 75 on ramp from Michigan Street.

-4:31 p.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash in the area of St. Marys Avenue and West Russell Road.

-4:21 p.m.: crime in progress. Christy Ann Wilkins, 47, of Sidney, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

-4:18 p.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 900 block of Childrens Home Road.

-3:32 p.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 700 block of Spruce Avenue.

-2:29 p.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report in the 1000 block of Burkewood Drive.

-12:32 p.m.: burglary. Police responded to a past burglary in the 800 block of Linden Avenue.

-11:40 a.m.: assault. Police responded to an assault in progress in the 500 block of North Miami Avenue.

-9:28 a.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash with injuries in the 100 block of Wayfarer Lane.

-9:25 a.m.: warrant. Keagan Storm Donaldson, 34, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-9:05 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the area of Spruce Avenue and Cherry Street.

Crashes

Dalton Robert Reck, 18, of Bradford, was cited with right of way at intersections after a vehicle and pedestrian incident on Wednesday at 6:38 p.m.

Reck was traveling on the Interstate 75 off ramp to Michigan Street and Paul E. Ludwig II, 31, of Sidney, was walking westbound on the sidewalk on Michigan Street. Reck turned right onto Michigan Street as Ludwig was crossing the crosswalk and struck Ludwig. Ludwig was evaluated by Sidney EMS for possible injuries but was not taken to a medical facility.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 9:28 a.m.

Madisyn Lynn Smith, 16, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Michigan Street approaching the Folkerth Avenue intersection. Linda Jean Baker, 68, of Sidney, was turning left from Folkerth Avenue onto Michigan Street. Smith struck Baker. The party at fault is unknown due to no witnesses.

Smith’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing and Baker’s vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing. Smith had possible injuries but was not evaluated by EMS personnel, and Baker was taken by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with possible injuries.
