-6:03 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police responded to disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Michigan Street.

-3:34 p.m.: vandalism. Police responded to vandalism in the 1000 block of Park Street.

-2:06 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police responded to disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of North Vandemark Road.

-1:09 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 600 block of South Main Avenue.

-12:03 p.m.: scam. Police received a scam report in the 700 block of Dingman Street.

-10 a.m.: crime in progress. Derek Max Dean Wilson, 27, of Sidney, was arrested for theft.

-9:23 a.m.: theft. Police responded to a theft in progress in the 100 block of West Court Street.

-8:57 a.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report in the 1000 block of Michigan Street.

-7:48 a.m.: damage. Police responded to past damage in the 1000 block of Willow Place.

-3:55 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 700 block of Kathy Avenue.

-2:53 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 600 block of St. Marys Avenue.

-2:48 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 700 block of Kathy Avenue.

Crashes

Adam Rust, 38, of Sidney, was cited with going the wrong way on a one-way street after a three-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 10:22 p.m.

Deborah Combs, 52, of Sidney, was stopped on South Ohio Avenue at the intersection of Court Street. Kyle Spillers, 30, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Court Street and entered the intersection. Rust was traveling northbound on South Ohio Avenue — which is the wrong direction for the one-way street — and entered the intersection in front of Spillers, causing a collision. Rust then spun and struck Combs. Rust and his passenger then fled on foot.

Rust’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing and he was taken by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with possible injuries.
