Crashes

Troy B, Miller, 59, of Sidney, was cited with driving within lines/continuous lanes of traffic after a two-vehicle crash on March 9 at 9:08 a.m.

Miller was traveling northbound in the right lane of South Main Avenue and Herman Roach, 60, of Sidney, was traveling in the same direction in the left lane. Miller attempted to change lanes and struck Roach.

• John Parker Adams, 63, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on March 8 at 1:13 p.m.

James Leonard Wildenhaus, 62, of Sidney, was traveling eastbound on East Poplar Street when Adams backed out of a parking space and struck Wildenhaus as he was passing.

• Morgan Bowyer, 26, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on March 7 at 6:46 p.m.

A vehicle owned by Allison Osterhout, of Sidney, was parked on Fair Oaks Drive. Bowyer began to back up to park on the road and struck Osterhout’s vehicle.
