SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of January 2023. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Terrence Brown, 39, of Cincinnati, was charged with disobedience to traffic control devices, $130 fine.

Logan Lee Schutte, 26, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Hailey Marie Bollinger, 20, of Piqua, was charged with turning at intersections, $136 fine.

Christopher M. Elmore, 60, of Sidney, was charged with disobedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Jasmine Y. Reid, 32, of Detroit, Michigan, was charged with no operator’s license and speeding, $155 fine.

Amby Jo Morrison, 46, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Deystine L. Shehee, 23, of Lima, was charged with driving under suspension, use of unauthorized plates and contempt, $155 fine.

Allen Michael Vetter, 39, of Wapakoneta, was charged with failure to reinstate license, dismissed, $105 fine.

Christifer Philip Davis, 39, of Sidney, was charged with a seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Brandon Scott Roberts, 25, of Xenia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Blake R. Howell, 34, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Lanny K. Roberts, 61, of St. Marys, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.

Abdrahamane Ba, 23, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Lincoln Matthew Tanley, 51, of Glen Rose, Texas, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

William L. Myers, 79, of Houston, was charged with driving under suspension, dismissed, $111 fine.

George Joseph Ramayya, 48, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Josh R. Bonnoront, 36, of Fort Loramie, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Archie Scott Loop, 27, of Lima, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.
