TUESDAY

-5:13 p.m.: threat. Deputies responded to reports of threats in the 6000 block of Stoker Road in Houston.

-12:43 p.m.: overdose. Deputies, Anna EMS and Anna Police responded to an overdose in the 18000 block of state Route 119 in Maplewood.

MONDAY

-5:56 p.m.: threats. Deputies responded to threats in the 100 block of Woodhaven Drive.

March 9

-11:12 a.m.: crime in progress. Brian Mader, 39, of Bradford, and Heather Matthieu, 30, of Piqua, was arrested for receiving stolen property and identity fraud.

-10:14 p.m.: overdose. Anna EMS and Police responded to an overdose in the 600 block of East Main Street.

-8:08 p.m.: theft. Botkins Police responded to a theft in the 200 block of West South Street.

Crashes

Kyle Busch, 30, of West Milton, was cited with failure to yield from a stop sign following a two-vehicle crash on Feb. 24 at 4:08 p.m. in the area of Mason Road and Hardin Wapakoneta Road.

Busch was traveling west on Mason Road when he ran the stop sign at the intersection of Hardin Wapakoneta Road, striking a vehicle driven by Anthony Phelps, 55, of Sidney. Phelps’ vehicle tolled three times and came to a final rest on the west side of Hardin Wapakoneta Road. Busch went off the road on the left side of Mason road in the southwest corner of the intersection. Busch also ran over the stop sign on the west side of the intersection.

Phelps’ vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing. Busch’s vehicle was towed by Saunder’s Towing.

•Cameron Stephens was cited with operating a vehicle while impaired following a single-vehicle crash on Botkins Road on March 3 at 1:33 a.m.

Stephens was traveling west on Botkins Road. He stated he went to check his phone before driving into the ditch. As he went into the ditch, his vehicle rolled multiple times coming to a final rest on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Stephens was transported to Wilson Health in Sidney by Anna EMS with suspected minor injuries.
