
A two vehicle collision in front of The Spot left one vehicle upside down at around 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 26. One person was transported by ambulance. The Sidney Police responded to the crash.

SIDNEY — No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash in front of The Spot Restaurant that caused a vehicle to roll over on March 26 at 7:15 p.m.
Kaileigh Dawn Freisthler, 24, of Troy, was traveling westbound on West Court Street approaching the intersection of South Ohio Avenue. Kimberly Dawn Voress, 49, of Sidney, was traveling southbound on South Ohio Avenue approaching the intersection. Both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time and collided, causing Freisthler’s vehicle to roll over.
Freisthler’s passenger, Ruth Stone, 72, of Sidney, was stuck inside the rolled-over vehicle when medics arrived. She was removed from the vehicle and transported by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with suspected minor injuries. Freisthler’s vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing.
It is unknown at this time which party was at fault.
