SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of April 2023. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Devon Michael Skinner, 19, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Mychal J. Logan, 29, of Fort Worth, Texas, was charged with driving in marked lanes, driving while texting, and distracted driving enhancement, $380 fine.

Rebecca Jane Johnson, 29, of Van Wert, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

David Henry Brunk, 54, of Elida, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Julie E. Baldwin, 53, of Saint Marys, was charged with speeding, $125 fine.

Charles E. Kindle, 32, of Quincy, was charged with obeying traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Geymor S. Rizo Loza, 20, of Cincinnati, was charged with no operator license and speeding, $151 fine.

Crystal Star Westfall, 36, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Travis Colby Googins, 40, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Kalob Christopher Pitson, 23, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Elijah D. Hodge, 26, of Barlow, Kentucky, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Patti A. Latimer, 61, of Sidney, was charged with right of way/stop/yield signs, $130 fine.

Dustyn McMaken, 20, of Sidney, was charged with tinted windows/restrictions, $136 fine.

Fernando Vazquez-Henandez, 39, of Portland, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Traci Lynn Maloy Smith, 59, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Katelyn Marie Ryder, 28, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Noah B. Bays, 29, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Darian W. Ginter, 30, of Bellefontaine, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
