Grand jury issues indictments

SIDNEY — The Shelby County grand jury issued indictments for felonious assault, public indecency, aggravated robbery and drugs, among other charges, on Thursday, Oct 19.

Amy M. Bashore, 40, currently in the Shelby County Jail, was indicted on one count of felonious assault, a first degree felony, one count aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, one count resisting arrest, a fourth degree felony, and one count assault of a peace officer, a fourth degree felony, for shooting a law enforcement officer in the finger with his service revolver, after removing it from the officer’s holster while the officer was attempting to arrest her.

Austin T. Gambrel, 26, at large, was indicted on two counts of public indecency, a fifth degree felony, for exposing himself to a 13 year old female victim and a 16 year old female victim, after a previous conviction for public indecency.

Mark L. Davis, 33, at large, was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, for having an axe/hatchet in his hand and displaying it to the cashier while committing a theft offense.

Michael S. Roderick, 36, at large, was indicted on one count of failure to provide change of address, a third degree felony, for failure to provide change of address to the Shelby County Sheriff’s office after previous convictions on the same charge, after conviction for attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

John L. Goings, aka Johnny L. Goings, 47, of Sidney, was indicted on one count of grand theft of firearm, a third degree felony, three counts of having weapons while under disability, a third degree felony, one count aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth degree felony, for stealing a 50 caliber muzzle loader rifle from Walmart, possessing a Glock 23 handgun, possessing a Smith & Wesson handgun, and possessing a SIG Sauer rifle, having previously been convicted of trafficking in drugs, for Adderall, and for a clear baggie used for abusing Adderall. Additionally the Grand Jurors specify that the Glock, SIG Sauer, and Smith & Wesson weapons are subject to forfeiture.

Candace L. Smith, 21, at large, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth degree felony, and one count of misuse of credit card, a first degree misdemeanor, for receiving a credit card she had reasonable cause to believe had been stolen, and then using the card to secure property or services.

Brock Frasure, 48, of Saint Paris, was indicted on two counts of vandalism, a fifth degree felony, and one count of petty theft, a first degree misdemeanor, for removing the catalytic converter from a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500, partially removing the catalytic converter from a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500, and removing and stealing the catalytic converter from a 1994 Dodge Dakota.

Tabitah L. Keller, 23, of Sidney, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third degree felony, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth degree felony, for methamphetamine, amphetamine, a baggie and pipe.

Jeremiah D. Wilson, 43, currently in the Shelby County Jail, was indicted on two counts trafficking in drugs, a fifth degree felony, four counts aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth degree felony, one count aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third degree felony, and one count aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second degree felony, for selling or offering to sell marijuana, methamphetamine and cocaine.

Anthony W. Fryman, 47, currently in the Shelby County Jail, was indicted on two counts possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, and one count possessing criminal tools, a fifth degree felony, for marijuana, liquid hashish, and containers for the storing, transporting and abusing of marijuana and liquid hashish.

Terence L. Foy, aka Terrence L. Foy, aka Terrance L Foy and aka Terry L. Foy, 53, at large, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs a fifth degree felony, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth degree felony, for cocaine and a baggie.

Spenser L. Anderson, 27, at large, was indicted on one count aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, one count possessing criminal tools, a fifth degree felony, and one count failure to appear, a fourth degree felony, for methamphetamine, a glass pipe, and for failure to report to a pretrial conference case after being released on his own recognizance.
