Travis Richards, 43, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $211 fine.

Marcus Lee Neal, 33, of Saint Marys, was charged with speeding, $261 fine.

Donald Lee Icenogle, 76, of Sidney, was charged with driving within lanes/continuous lines, $136 fine.

Domyneik Randall Phipps, 25, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Emily Raterman, 41, of Sidney, was charged with starting and backing vehicles, $136 fine.

Joshua D. Fenwick, 33, of Spencerville, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.

Randy R. Bensman, 47, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Kaitrin Rose Neu, 25, of Sidney, was charged with driving while texting, $111 fine.

Rigoberto Gonzales Durba, 26, of Detroit, Michigan, was charged with no operator license and speeding, $185 fine.

Luke Gronneberg, 42, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Bobby R. Gill, 64, of Sidney, was charged with no operator license, $161 fine.
