Crashes

William R. Holman, 81, of Pickering, Ontario, Canada, was cited with assured clear distance after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on March 20 at 10:55 a.m.

Jonathan Michael Rettig, 33, of Walton, Kentucky, was traveling northbound on Interstate 75 when Holman rear-ended him. Holman’s vehicle was towed by AAA.

• Jordan Allen Mabes, 34, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on March 16 at 9:07 p.m.

Mabes was traveling southbound on River Road when he failed to negotiate a left-hand curve in the roadway and continued straight, causing him to travel off the right side of the roadway and strike a ditch. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
