BOTKINS — Botkins Local School will hold their 2017 Homecoming this weekend. The game is Friday, Jan. 13 against Fairlawn Junior Varsity at 6:30 p.m.
The crowning of the King and Queen will take place during half time.
The candidates for King and Queen are:
• Kaleb Hanby, son of Wade and Shari Hanby
• Tanner Russell, son of Mark and Holly Russell
• Bryce Swank son of Craig and Corrie Swank
• Jonathan Yenser, son of Andy Yenser and Donna Finkenbine
• Aleighya Brown, daughter of Brian Brown and Christina Nash
• Rachel Creps, daughter of Ty and Kelly Creps
• Kayla Kohler, daughter of Bill and Kathy Kohler
• Madelyn Okuley, daughter of David and Karen Okuley
The dance will be held on Saturday, Jan. 14. For the junior high it will be from 5 to 7:45 p.m., an the high school from 8:15 to 11 p.m.
The theme this year is “I Won’t Give Up” and the colors are dark purple and gold.
