DAYTON – For nearly 45 years, Ernst Fluid Power provided regional manufacturers with automated technology solutions, starting with fluid power in 1975.

Since then, there has been significant technological growth in the fields surrounding industrial automation. As the options expanded, so did Ernst Fluid Power. Accordingly, EFP Industrial Automation has announced its new name, chosen to reflect its ever-expanding product and service offerings.

“Many of our products and services have evolved with the times, but the core values and principles inherent to our culture have remained unchanged,” owner Mike Brooks said. “With this change, we honor our history while communicating our excitement about how we’ve grown and where we’re going in the future.”

EFP Industrial Automation remains committed to exceptional focused partnerships, working alongside their partners to achieve efficiency improvements and cost savings with industry-leading automation solutions.

“The components that have become critical to EFP’s success – our people, our manufacturers and our service – remain at the core of all we do,” Brooks said. “EFP Industrial Automation will continue leveraging these assets, along with our new brand, to best serve our customers and suppliers today, tomorrow and beyond.”
