SIDNEY — The year 2017 marked the “best ever year” for RE/MAX ONE with this small locally owned and operated company holding second place using statistics from Jan. 1, 2017, through the end of December 2017 from the Western Regional Information Statistics Technology, with a company market share of 16.60 percent and with Gay Smith remaining the top sales associate/broker with a market share of 12.94 percent. Sales were strong throughout the year and continue in a very positive direction with a growing economy and local growth.

Smith’s report continues:

Justin Vondenhuevel has expanded his auction services and continues to surpass his competition with both online auctions and live auctions. His services range from real estate and estate sales to farm and machinery sales.

Gay Smith, Lori Shoemaker and Bill Foster remain focused primarily on local real estate to include homes, land or small businesses.

Our services at RE/MAX ONE include relocation in or out of the area, local sales and property management.

Anticipating another strong and vibrant year in real estate in Shelby County, we are ramping up our services, have two new agents joining, and will be giving our customers and clients 100%, 100 percent of the time.

As a company, RE/MAX ONE is supporting SCARF and looking forward to the start of the new Robert Sargeant Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation facility, a race to the finish to the goal of $2,400,000.
