In Municipal Court Tuesday, Goettemoeller fined Joshua R. Pressley, 25, 332 N. Wagner Ave., $1,000 and $188 costs and sentenced him to 120 days in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia. The judge suspended $850 of the fine.
