Dean’s list: Ashland University

ASHLAND — To be eligible for the Fall 2015 Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled full time at Ashland University and achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Local students who got this honor include:

• Tyler Porter, of Bellefontaine. Porter is majoring in business management and entrepreneurship. Porter is a 2015 graduate of Bellefontaine High School.

• Shannon Riell, of Conover. Riell is majoring in early childhood intervention. She is the daughter of Bonnie Riell, of Conover. Riell is a 2012 graduate of Olentangy High School.

• Emily Kaiser, of New Bremen. Kaiser is majoring in creative writing and English. She is the daughter of James and Pamela Kaiser, of New Bremen. Kaiser is a 2013 graduate of New Bremen Local School.

• Joseph Brandt, of Versailles. Brandt is majoring in business management and entrepreneurship. He is the son of Tim and Jennifer Brandt, of Versailles. Brandt is a 2011 graduate of Versailles High School.

• Emily Elizondo, of Bellefontaine. Elizondo is majoring in nursing. She is the daughter of John and Marianne Elizondo, of Bellefontaine. Elizondo is a 2012 graduate of Bellefontaine High School.

• Leanna Nease, of Bellefontaine. Nease is majoring in intervention specialist. She is the daughter of David and Hollie Nease, of Bellefontaine. Nease is a 2012 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School.

• Amanda Case, of Bellefontaine. Case is majoring in psychology and criminal justice. Case is a 2015 graduate of Bellefontaine High School.
