The Midwest Athletic Conference has announced the brackets and pairings for the junior high girls basketball tournaments, which will both get underway on Thursday of next week.

The 7th-grade tournament will be held at Marion Local, and the 8th grade tournament at Delphos St. John’s.

7th grade

Minster and Fort Recovery will be the top two seeds, but which is first and which is second will be decided when they meet Tuesday night at Minster.

New Bremen is seeded third and Marion Local fourth.

Versailles was the No. 1 seed for the 8th grade girls tournament to be played in Delphos.

St. Henry was seeded No. 2, Fort Recovery No. 3 and Coldwater No. 4. New Bremen is the No. 5 seed, Minster No. 6 and New Knoxville No. 9.
