MOREHEAD, Ky. — Victoria A. Bulcher has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2015 semester at Morehead State University. Bulcher is from Versailles, Ohio.
To be eligible for dean’s list, a student must carry a semester GPA of 3.5 or better and take a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses).
