MONDAY

-12:49 p.m.: receiving stolen property. Zach’s Pawn Shop, 227 E. Court St., reported some possible stolen property.

-11:56 a.m.: found property. A Social Security card was found at 1001 St. Marys Road. The card belongs to a Alayna Russell. The number isn’t from Ohio. The card was placed into evidence.

-10:45 a.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Douglas Green , 25, 202 N. Walnut Ave., on a warrant out of Shelby County Common Pleas Court. He was arrested at 1101 N. Vandemark Road.

-10:36 a.m.: theft. Pamela Salyers, 46, 109 E. Pinehurst St., reported someone stole the expiration sticker off of her license plate.

-10:34 a.m.: criminal damaging. Northwood Dixie Apartments, 140 Northwood Drive, reported someone damaged an outside lamp.

-9:35 a.m.: criminal damaging. Amy Cramer, 29, 629 N. West Ave., reported someone cut the tires on her vehicle.

-8:46 a.m.: found property. A 26-inch men’s bicycle was found at 1510 Campbell Road and turned over to police.

SUNDAY

-8:25 p.m.: theft. Edward Middlemiss, 426 S. Ohio Ave., reported a welder, valued at $200, was stolen from his residence.

-7:22 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Thomas N. Ludwig, 57, 220 S. Wilkinson Ave., on a charge of domestic violence. The alleged victim was Joyce M. Ludwig, 55, of the same address.

-6:07 p.m.: theft. Angela Fitzgerald, 441 Riverside Drive, reported a cell phone, valued at $10, was stolen from her residence.

-2:50 a.m.: property found. A coupon case with coupons was found at 2100 Michigan St. and given to police.

SATURDAY

-7:12 p.m.: burglary. A burglary was reported at the residence of Drama Bey, 202 Brooklyn Ave. A door was damaged, causing a $100 loss.

-3:39 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Pedro De Jesus Diaz-Anzaldo, 20, 1614 Fair Oaks Drive, on charges of domestic violence and aggravated menacing. The alleged victim was Misty Bates, 38, of the same address.

-12:47 p.m.: theft. Personnel at Walmart reported someone took a TV, valued at $756, past the point of sale. The TV was recovered.

-12:02 a.m.: aggravated menacing. Steven Paige, 230 Jefferson St., reported he was threatened during a dispute with a neighbor. Police arrested Steven Paige, 34, 230 Jefferson St., on an unrelated warrant from Mercer County.

FRIDAY

-10:47 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Rickie L. Carey, 26, 2355 Collins Drive, Apt. G, on a charge of domestic violence. He allegedly assaulted Mindie Terry, 28, of the same address. She had apparent minor injuries.

-9:48 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported her 14-year-old son was acting unruly. Police arrested the juvenile.

-4:50 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Nathaniel L. Collett, 26, 811 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. F, on a warrant.

-3:28 p.m.: theft. Ashley Russell, 509 Urban Ave., reported a wallet, valued at $20, was stolen from 815 Oak Ave.

-2:05 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Tre Marqua D. Carey, 18, 500 Bowman Drive, on a charge of theft of a motor vehicle. He allegedly stole the 2003 Dodge truck of Randolph Presser, 1129 Riverbend Blvd.

-10:02 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Tamia Williams, 25, 219 N. West Ave., on a contempt warrant.

-9:56 a.m.: property found. A cell phone was found in the street and given to police.

THURSDAY

-9:52 p.m.: deception to obtain drugs. Personnel at Wilson Health reported an incident of deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

NOV. 13

-7:42 a.m.: theft. Theft of $285.95 worth of merchandise at Menards was reported.

Accidents

Justina Boggs, 21, 311 S, Ohio St., was cited for leaving the scene and driving under an FRA suspension after an accident on Monday.

Boggs backed into a vehicle at the Fuel Stop on West Court Street and left the scene. Security footage and eyewitness descriptions led to the identification of Boggs as the driver.

• Amber Leffler, 32, 1122 N. Main Ave., was cited for assured clear distance after an accident on Monday at 9:07 a.m.

Leffler and another vehicle were traveling southbound in the 400 block of North Miami Avenue. The vehicle in front slowed down for a cat in the roadway and Leffler struck it in the rear end.

The driver of the other vehicle was Michelle Parsons, 39, 134 Mound St.

• Ousmane Alpha, 53, 500 N. Vandemark Road Apt. 23, was cited for improper lane change after an accident Sunday at 4:24 p.m.

Alpha was traveling eastbound on Russell Road approaching Wapakoneta Avenue in the left lane. The other vehicle was traveling eastbound on Russell Road in the right lane.

Alpha did not see the other vehicle as he was trying to get into the right lane and struck it. The driver of the other vehicle was Yuji Sezaki, 52, 617 E. Hoewisher.

• Tess Felver, 17, 2431 Apache Drive, was cited with assured clear distance after an accident Saturday at 4:38 p.m.

Felver was westbound on Michigan Street and hit the rear of a car that was stopped for oncoming traffic at the intersection of Old Vandemark Road. The driver of the other car was Joshua Fleming, 37, 215 S. Miami Ave.

• Randolf L. Hall, 43, 301 E. Robinwood St., was cited with having an unsecure load after an accident Saturday at 12:46 p.m.

Hall, driving a pickup truck towing a trailer, was southbound on Wapakoneta Avenue, approaching Parkwood Street. Jason J. Shardo, 34, 81 Vertie Lane, Versailles, was southbound on Wapakoneta Avenue, stopped in traffic, waiting to turn onto Parkwood. Hall attempted to continue southbound in the right lane, when the trailer came unhooked and hit the Shardo car.

• Glenna F. Murray, 60, 214 Cherokee Drive, was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Saturday at 11:31 p.m.

Murray was eastbound on state Route 47 and attempted to turn left onto Folkerth Avenue. Her car was hit by a westbound pickup truck driven by Kayleigh McKee, 19, 2255 Fair Road. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services took Murray and McKee to Wilson Memorial Hospital. Both had possible injuries.

• Jerrold Wagner, 47, 202 Jackson St., Jackson Center, was cited with failure to control after an accident Friday at 7:15 p.m.

Wagner, driving a Jackson Center Schools bus, was eastbound in the 200 block of East Water Street. As he turned left into an alley, the right rear of the bus sideswiped a car that was parked on Water Street. The owner of the parked car was Matthew Reed, of Cincinnati.

• Amber L. Tobe, 25, 1018 Riverbend Blvd., was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Thursday at 4:26 p.m.

Tobe was westbound on Court Street and hit the rear of a car that was stopped in traffic. The driver of the other auto was Alexis Smith, 19, 12412 Shroyer Road, Maplewood.

• An accident occurred Thursday at 10:09 a.m.

Vonda N. Brown, 51, 205 W. South St., backed from a parking space on Poplar Street, near Ohio Avenue, and hit a car that was stopped westbound on Poplar for a traffic light.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-1:24 p.m.: Crews responded to the 1000 block of South Kuther Road for an auto accident.

-9:02 a.m. to 12:33 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-7:59 a.m.: Crews responded to South Main Avenue and Queen Street for a wash-down.

-7:09 a.m.: Crews responded to the 2000 block of Schlater Drive for a fire alarm investigation.

-5 a.m.: Crews responded to the 90 mile marker of Interstate 75 for an accident with no injuries.

-3:13 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-12:05 a.m.: Crews responded to an odor investigation.

MONDAY

-2:39 a.m. to 10:21 p.m.: Medics responded to eleven calls.

-1:28 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters were called to 222 N. Pomeroy Ave. on a report of carbon monoxide. None was found.

-6:23 a.m.: gas odor. Firefighters were called to 807 Chestnut Ave. to check for a gas odor outside. Nothing was found.

-5:07 a.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to 1910 Fair Road by a fire alarm. It was accidental.

SUNDAY

-8:53 a.m. to 8:24 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-6:16 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters were called to an open burn in the area of East Ridge Boulevard and Dingman-Slagle Road.
