EAST LANSING, Mich. — Cassandra Bruns, of East Lansing, Michigan, has been accepted by the Michigan State Univeristy Alpha Psi Chapter Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

An induction ceremony will be April 3.

Bruns is enrolled in the Michigan State University Accelerated Nursing Program. The daughter of Scot Bruns, of Russia, and Jeanie Riethman, of Fort Loramie, is a 2010 graduate of Fort Loramie High School and a 2014 graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in kinesiology.
