SIDNEY — Gateway Arts Council will present “Supreme Reflections: A Loving Tribute to Diana Ross and the Supremes,” April 17, at 7 p.m., in the Sidney High School Auditorium.

There are only a dozen tickets left for this performance. They are available at Gateway Arts Council, 216 N. Miami Ave., Ron & Nita’s on the courtsquare, by phone at 498-2787 and online at www.gatewayartscouncil.org.

“Supreme Reflections” is a tribute to the most famous female singing group of all time, the Supremes. It is a full-scale, musical comedy revue, a trip down Motown’s memory lane written and directed by George Solomon and Michael Chapman with choreography by Paul Holmquist.

The show includes songs, “Where Did Our Love Go?” “Someday We’ll Be Together,” “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” “Baby Love,” “Stop! In the Name of Love,” “You Can’t Hurry Love” and “Love Child.”

The songs are just as fresh and irresistible today as they were when they first came out. The show is informative as well as hilarious, as it’s filled with humorous anecdotes from the Supremes’ stellar career.

The ladies in the cast are multi-talented and have performed in scores of Broadway musicals and television shows ranging from soap operas to “Star Search.”
