SIDNEY — The following juvenile traffic offenders recently appeared before Judge William Zimmerman in Shelby County Juvenile Court. The penalty was participation in the CARTEENS program, if no penalty listed. All are subject to pay court costs.

• Taylor Murphy, 17, Sidney, speeding

• Micah Smock, 16, Jackson Center, speeding, excess passengers violation

• Brent Bruggeman, 17, Fort Loramie, failure to control

• Carmen Ahrns, 17, Fort Loramie, speeding

• Kyle Ingle, 17, Piqua, speeding

• Brandon Barhorst, 16, Sidney, failure to control

• Robert Harris II, 16, Sidney, failure to yield

• Jay Clark, 16, Sidney, failure to yield

• Ally Wetz, 16, Sidney, speeding

• Alexandria Stief, 16, Sidney, speeding

• Tyler Freeman, 16, Sidney, improper turn at intersection

• Sean Allen, 18, Sidney, disobeyed traffic device/signal

• Rhett Fogt, 18, Sidney, speeding

• Devon Cotterman, 18, Sidney, speeding

• Trisha Murphy, 18, Sidney, driving without a license, $50 fine

• Olivia Wilkins, 17, Sidney, temporary permit violation, $25 fine

• Alexis Branscum, 17, Sidney, speeding, $35 fine, and driver’s suspension

• Maxwell Schutt, 17, Piqua, seat belt violation, $30 fine
