-3:41 a.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Derrick Cornett, 23, 720 Countryside Lane, Apt. 4, on a grand jury indictment.

-2:54 a.m.: drug abuse. Police arrested Devon House, 19, of St. Marys, for drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.

THURSDAY

-6:56 p.m.: unruly juvenile offenses. Police arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile after it was reported the kid did not return home when he was supposed to.

-3:07 p.m.: breaking and entering. Perkins on Michigan Avenue reported a theft of $500.

-12:58 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Stefani Yinger, 44, 729 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. D, for theft from Family Dollar on Wapakoneta Avenue.

-11:15 a.m.: identity theft. Kevin Cavender, 48, 730 N. Miami Ave., reported a case of identity theft.

-8:20 a.m.: theft. Anthony Saunders, 44, 607 N. Miami Ave., reported someone took his generator.

WEDNESDAY

-10:45 p.m.: possession of drugs. Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old juvenile with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

-2:26 p.m.: theft. Daniel Hewitt, 58, 326 Enterprise St., reported a bike was taken from his yard.

-11:45 a.m.: burglary. Samantha Striff, 19, 701 ½ N. West Ave., reported she had been gone for two weeks and returned to fine someone removed furniture, clothes, jewelry, appliances, and kitchenwares without her permission.

Accident

Elton Bergman, 71, of Minster, was cited for assured clear distance after an accident on Tuesday at 6:55 p.m.

Bergman was traveling eastbound on Michigan Street in the right hand lane, approaching Vandemark Road, when he struck a vehicle in front of him that was attempting to turn right onto Vandemark Road.

The driver of the other vehicle was Janelle Zumberger, 25, 807 S. Main Ave.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-4:09 to 9:05 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-2:51 p.m.: Crews responded to the 900 block of Michigan Street for an auto accident.

-1:15 p.m.: Crews responded to the 2000 block of Campbell Road for a general fire alarm. No problem was found.
