Estate seminar planned

SIDNEY — The Community Foundation of Shelby County, Dorothy Love Retirement Community, The Lehman High School Foundation, The Sidney-Shelby County YMCA Foundation and The Wilson Health Foundation will host an Estate Planning Seminar, Wednesday, April 20, at the Dorothy Love Amos Community Center, 3003 W. Cisco Road, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Registration for the free seminar must be made by April 16 by calling 497-7800 or emailing [email protected].

The seminar will provide packaged information for individuals to address estate planning in uncertain times and the importance of early planning and periodic review.

Attorneys Ralph Keister and Craig Albers will discuss estate planning issues. In addition, there will be a question and answer session.

Keister is a partner in Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk in Sidney. He has expertise in the areas of taxation and estate planning, trusts and probate. Albers is also with Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk. His areas of concentration at the firm include taxation, estate planning and probate, and corporate and commercial law.
