TUESDAY

-12:22 a.m.: contempt. Larry Napier, 32, 6666 Guppy St., P.O. Box 27, Pemberton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Sidney Municipal Court, on Interstate 75 at mile-marker 92.

MONDAY

-8:26 p.m.: warrant. Adrian Gregory, 29, at large, was arrested at 402 N. Miami Ave., on a warrant out of Miami County.

-3:10 a.m.: possession of heroin. Police are investigating Virgil Woolley, 69, 558 Bon Air Drive, on suspicion of possessing heroin while responding to a call of a potential overdose.

SUNDAY

-8:47 a.m.: criminal damaging. First Presbyterian Church on North Miami Avenue reported that someone had broken out two windows overnight on the east side of the church and had thrown a “welcome rock” that was stolen from 220 N. Miami Ave. Later the rock was returned.

SATURDAY

-2:00 p.m.: theft. Michael Van Horn, 22, 221 ½ S. Miami Ave., reported that money and tools were stolen from him Ryan Bowers, 23, of Sidney, at his home.

-11:32 p.m.: criminal damaging. Michael Spencer, 46, 1006 Park St., reported juveniles broke out a window of the residence 436 Jefferson St.

-11:16 p.m.: disorderly conduct. William McIntire, 30, was arrested for an offensive gesture or noise in the 100 block of Brooklyn Avenue.

-6:28 p.m.: driving under the influence. Jody Moon, 54, 721 N. West Ave., was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and obstructing official business.

-4:06 p.m.: misuse of credit card. Douglas Rose, 76, 1027 Hayes St., reported someone used his credit card without his permission after obtaining it by deception.

-12:09 p.m.: littering. Canal Place Apartments on West Popular Street reported someone dumped two mattresses on its property.

-11:52 a.m.: theft. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet on Michigan Street reported a book bag, bait knife and other items had been found in the restroom after they had been reported as stolen. An investigation is pending.

-8:33 a.m.: theft. Arthur Jones, 54, 1520 Spruce Ave., Apt. 5, reported that someone he knows took his prescription medication.

-8:02 a.m.: theft. Amy Cupp, 37, 225 Sherri Ann Ave., reported that money was stolen from her home.

-1:57 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Izzac Millhouse, 22, 314 S. Brooklyn St., was arrested for OVI.

FRIDAY

-12:57 a.m.: theft. Kelly Long, 31, 419 Sixth Ave., reported someone she knew stole money from her.

-7:31 p.m.: criminal trespass. Police issued a summons to Levi Detweiler, 25, 114 Emerald Lane, Lima, and Stephanie Defore, 21, 515 ½ S. Main Ave., after CSX Transportation on South Main Avenue reported criminal trespassing.

-11:34 p.m.: burglary. Police are investigating a report by Martin Sabrina Faye, 20, 525 Fair Road, that someone had entered her residence. The investigation is awaiting lab results.

THURSDAY

-7:12 p.m.: possessing criminal tools. A male was found to be in possession of a syringe during a traffic stop at Fourth Avenue and Michigan Street.

Accidents

Kayla New, 18, 413 Monterey Drive, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Saturday at 7:56 p.m.

New was attempting to pull out onto Monterey Drive headed southeast bound, from a parking spot, when she struck the vehicle parked in front of her. New’s passenger side door hit the parked vehicle’s left rear, causing minor damage to both vehicles.

The owner of the other vehicle was Lonnie Bennett, 421 Monterey Drive.

• Lawrence Hoelscher, 69, 10271 North County Road 25A, was cited with failure to control, on Saturday at 6:11 p.m.

Hoelscher was traveling northbound on County Road 25A when he veered off of the road to the right, striking the curb and mailbox of North Dixie Auto Body.

• Lourl Wilt, 43, 57 Brown School Road, Vandalia, was cited with failure to control on Friday at 10:15 p.m.

Wilt was traveling eastbound on Fair Road and veered to the right striking an east bound parked car.

The owner of the other vehicle is Steve Wenning, 4225 Patterson Haplin Road.

• Richard Mouk, 37, 225 E. Edgewood St., was parked on the far west side of the Sidney High School parking lot when he was struck by another vehicle backing out of its parking spot on Friday at 2:56 p.m.

The driver of the other vehicle left the scene is unknown and at large .

• James Osborn, 53, 1031 Apple Blossom St., was cited for assured clear distance after an accident on Friday at 1:11 p.m.

Osborn was stopped at a red light northbound on Fourth Avenue and Michigan Street when he hit the back of another vehicle once the light turned green.

The driver of the other vehicle was Laura Hughes, 50, 124 Village Green Drive.

• Benjamin Musser, 38, 13200 Fulton Road, was cited for entering roadway after an accident on Friday at 10:12 a.m.

Musser was traveling westbound from an alley emerging on West Avenue when he struck another vehicle traveling northbound at the 100 block of West Avenue.

The driver of the other vehicle was Linda Vogann, of Piqua.

TUESDAY

-6:35 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

MONDAY

-7:25 to 939 p.m.: Medics responded to four calls.

-4:35 p.m.: Fire fighters were dispatched to investigate a small grass fire in the 2000 block of Schlater Drive.

-7:06 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

SUNDAY

-9:07 p.m.: Medics responded to a call of a motor vehicle accident.

-8:45 p.m.: Firefighters responded to call on an investigation of smoke 800 block of Park Street.

-6:55 to 8:43 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-6:34 p.m.: Firefighters responded to a call of an electric pole fire.

-3:30 p.m.: Crews responded to a call involving a sprinkler system malfunction in the 2700 block of Michigan Street.

-1:31 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.
