-8:27 p.m.: vandalism. It was reported someone sprayed painted multiple areas at McMillen Park.

-3:30 p.m.: illegal use of food stamps. Patricia Kaim, 26, 807 S. Main St., reported her EBT card without permission.

-1:11 p.m.: contempt. Joshua Fisher, 34, 2255 Fair Road, was arrested on a warrant.

-10:28 a.m.: identity theft. Obed Maka, 26, 330 Buckeye Ave., reported someone unknown opened an electric power account in his name between Aug. 1, 2012 to May 4, 2016.

-9:20 a.m.: contempt. Rafael Aguirre, 28, of Troy, was arrested in Piqua on a warrant.

-8:13 a.m.: Trafficking. Jeffrey Richmond, 44, 122 W. North St., Apt. B, was arrested for drug trafficking after a narcotics search warrant was executed at his residence.

-6:03 a.m.: found property. Roy Elder Jr, 39, 201 W. Poplar St., Apt 611, turned into the Police Department a wallet he found containing paperwork and earrings.
